Log into your account, go to My bookings → Recurring and click Cancel subscription. Cancellations are immediate and you won’t be charged again. You can also pause the subscription instead — useful for holidays.
In the booking form’s comments field. List the rooms, surfaces or items you’d like prioritised — for example “focus on kitchen and bathroom; skip the guest bedroom this week.” Your cleaner reads the notes before the visit.
Absolutely. If you have your own equipment, just tick the relevant boxes during booking — we’ll skip the equipment surcharge and the cleaner will use your products instead.
Reschedules are free up to 48 hours before the booking. Within 48 hours a small fee applies to compensate your cleaner for the blocked time slot.
