01 General info

How does the 100% satisfaction guarantee work?

After the cleaning service, you have 24 hours to check whether you like the result. If you’re not happy, please contact our customer support via email or phone and tell us what went wrong. You can request a free re-clean (with the same or a different cleaner, your choice), or you may be eligible for a discount on future cleanings or a partial / full refund.

Is every cleaner a female?

No, our team is mixed. You can indicate a preference when booking and we’ll do our best to honour it.

What if I need to cancel the cleaning?

Free cancellations up to 48 hours before. Within 48 hours we charge a small fee to compensate your cleaner for the blocked time slot.

02 Payment

How can I pay for the cleaning?

You pay securely online by credit card, debit card, PayPal, Apple Pay or SEPA bank transfer. Nothing to hand over in cash.

Can I pay via bank transfer?

Yes. After your first cleaning you can switch to SEPA bank transfer with monthly invoicing — useful for office accounts.

I paid the deposit. How do I pay the remaining amount after the cleaning service?

The remaining amount is debited automatically from the payment method you used at booking, only after the final bill — and only for the hours actually worked.

How is the move-in & move-out cleaning different from a regular cleaning?

Move-in / move-out includes inside ovens and fridges, baseboards, window-sills, limescale removal and a deep wipe of every cabinet. It’s designed to leave a property hand-over ready.

How is the deep cleaning service different from basic cleaning?

Deep cleaning is more intensive: more time per square metre, with limescale treatment, inside-appliance scrub and detail work on grout, vents and baseboards.

When should I order a deep cleaning service?

We recommend a deep clean once or twice a year — typically before guests, after renovations, or at the start of a recurring subscription to set a clean baseline.

04 Booking

What is the minimum duration of the cleaning I can book?

Two hours for Basic cleanings, four hours for Deep cleanings.

How do I know that my booking is confirmed?

You get an email confirmation immediately after submitting the booking form, plus an SMS reminder 24 hours before the appointment.

What time of the day can the cleaning service be scheduled for?

Any time between 7:00 and 20:00, seven days a week. Office cleaning can also be scheduled outside of these hours by arrangement.

How can I specify the cleaning scope?

In the booking form’s comments field. List the rooms, surfaces or items you’d like prioritised — your cleaner reads the notes before the visit.

05 Cleaning appointment

Do I have to be at home during the cleaning service?

No. Most of our customers leave a spare key with us or use our key-handling service. Every cleaner is background-checked and bonded.

Will the cleaning person bring the cleaning solvents & equipment?

Yes. Our cleaners arrive with all eco-friendly products and equipment included in the price. If you prefer your own products, tick the option during booking.

Can a cleaner use a vacuum, mop and solvents I already have at home?

Absolutely. If you have your own equipment, tick the relevant boxes during booking — we’ll skip the equipment surcharge.

What if I need to reschedule my appointment?

Reschedules are free up to 48 hours before the booking. Within 48 hours a small fee applies to compensate your cleaner for the blocked time slot.

06 Subscription

How can I subscribe to the cleaning service?

On the booking form, choose a recurring frequency (every 1, 2, 3 or 4 weeks). Your subscription starts on the first booked date.

What is the minimum subscription period?

None. We have no long-term contracts — you can pause or cancel after the very first cleaning if it’s not for you.

How can I cancel my subscription?

Log into your account, go to My bookings → Recurring and click Cancel. Effective immediately, no fee.
